It works fine as advertised. It is thin, but warms enough and protects well from the wind. You can wear it alone or under a hood in very cold weather. Also, I have a small adult sized head and the child sized hat fits me perfectly.
- We've used it for two winters so far. It's warm and covers the ears well. The bright red color makes it stand out.
