My sheets warp when heated - loud popping noise. Most dishes I've baked (cookies and such) have not been affected, but when I was toasting sunflower seeds recently, the leaves deformed when hot and cracked badly - a few seeds popped right out of the tin on the oven floor. Now I need to clean the kiln so my house doesn't fill up with smoke from some burning seeds on the bottom of the kiln. (I know you don't care, but I JUST cleaned my oven 2-3 weeks ago, so I'm annoyed.) When I say warped, I mean that two opposite corners are 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch go up. ". When they cool again, they flatten out again. That being said, they work for most purposes, but am frustrated with the warping. I will continue to use them, but no longer for toasting nuts or seeds.
