Order received in the last week of April. It looks good. I like it. I cleaned and dried it. I bought this for our upcoming long awaited trip to the WAVE. As we waited for our friends in the parking lot, I prepared everything, my snacks and put water and ice on my bladder. I followed the instructions but it didn't work. After many attempts I gave up, very disappointed. Thank goodness my friend has an extra hose and valve. When I got home I tried to go back but unfortunately came back closed. Lesson learned: Don't trust looks. I won't recommend it, but if you try to buy it, try it right now.
