These roof bars aren't bad for the price but you get what you pay for. I installed mine last week and the galvanized parts are already showing red rust (OxGord has to send some parts to my lab for salt spray testing, lol). The other issue is that the hole in the clamp mechanism is very narrow and doesn't fit snugly into the wider/flatter crossbars of the roof rack like on my Nissan Rogue (see picture which also shows rust). I just get stuck on the outside edges. The engineer in me found that they can't actually come loose, but be aware that depending on the geometry of your cross member, this may not fit perfectly. In hindsight, I probably should have paid a little more for a better system.
