Your own onboard concert.

Excellent noise canceling headphones for air travel. After the pilot has allowed the wearable electronics to connect these headphones to their tunes, close your eyes and imagine your favorite band playing a private concert on this rock party plane! Pros: Simple, wired, uses a regular battery and regular 1/8 stereo input, folds easily with a hard case and comes with a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter, has good sound quality and noise cancellation. Price compared to other devices. Cons: Thin as a hair, like a cable/wire for connecting headphones to a music device. Purchase a quality cable that is at least 6 feet long with discharge ends, a heavy-duty 1/8 stereo connector, and a male cable instead of the flimsy cable that comes with the kit. I specifically ordered them for air travel and noise reduction to suit my needs. : Wired, non-Bluetooth removable AA battery, folds into a hard case for travel, uses standard 1/8 stereo jack and noise-cancelling. Wired because I wanted to use different devices, such as B.: my home stereo equalizer, portable MP3 player. , inflight entertainment and my computer's audio output. Non-Bluetooth for the above requirements and I don't have to worry about pairing a hacker with my Bluetooth device/signal. Also, I don't have to worry about unreliable apps and/or pairing issues etc. with the device. This device is simple. Usage: ordinary AA battery for noise reduction. I didn't want to charge the device to use it without noise cancellation. On the other hand, other devices that use rechargeable batteries such. Bose, the device becomes unusable if the battery dies (think FitBits). Also, replacing litho batteries is usually more expensive than the device itself. Again, what a waste. Depending on how often you use this device's noise-cancellation, the battery will last a long time, although you should bring a few spares, and you should be good for long international flights. I am very satisfied with these headphones after testing them on international return flights. . They are truly amazing and great value. In flight I used an unknown brand mini MP3 player for music, and for movies I was able to connect directly to the plane's entertainment system and rarely needed noise cancellation. There's a switch if needed, and it's like a turbo mode, meaning there's no extraneous noise. On the way back from our international flight, we sat in the last row right in front of the toilets, the galley and of course next to the engine. Outside. Also, a very excited baby and mother tried to calm down in the galley right behind us for at least 4 hours. The little boy complained about the world, on the plane, about all his problems, as loudly as he could and didn't want to compete with jet engines. I had these headphones with noise canceling turned on and I could barely hear outside noise and was able to enjoy my tunes and built-in movies. My wife said did you hear the baby? I said what baby? Preliminary test: Before I bought them on a domestic flight, I took OSHA earmuffs on board over the earmuffs, which minimally dampened the roar of the jet engine. After that flight and for my upcoming international flight I made the decision to purchase these headphones and I'm glad I did. For noise-cancellation, I've rarely needed it, depending on your audio level. Even at low audio input levels, they help filter out external noise due to the physical nature of in-ear headphones. Of course, when the noise reduction is on, it creates total dead silence. If you're a music lover looking for high-end, studio-quality professional flight headphones, look elsewhere outside this price range. For the price, comfort, features and value I am very happy with these headphones. I look forward to the next flight when I can use them and I close my eyes and dream that I'm throwing a party on a classic rock plane Rock On Rock On
