Very disappointed

I received my necklace on the 25th August, I love the look of the necklace and everything about it, but I wore it for maybe an hour, albeit that long, and when I was about to take it off to shower, the amulet "Faith" was missing. I don't know if the clasp was unreliable or what, but that's what attracted me most to the necklace.
