Yes, it was painful to use. They weren't our usual brand so I gave them a try. Never again. First mistake, I bought them in bulk. I mean how different it can be from my usual brand. completely different. You look great, the floss is very fine and not waxy. Even though it was thin, it got stuck between brushings every time. A thin thread cut into my son's gums when we tried to pull him out of his teeth because he was really stuck and it wasn't an easy task. to remove it. This is not a brand for us. not worth pain, bleeding and damage to the gums.
