I bought this set for my kid as a Christmas present. She loved it when she opened it, but the scissors broke the first time she played with it and it was one of her favorite pieces in a barber's case. The company contacted me and asked me to give a good review. I contacted them and told them I couldn't do it and the scissors broke the first time. They offered to give back 20% ($2.59). I told them that I would have preferred to have had spare scissors. They asked for my order number and said they would take care of getting me a replacement. When I provided the order number they immediately refunded $2.59 and I received NO replacement or explanation as to why I couldn't get other scissors and remember THEY contacted me first! My daughter still likes the hair dryer, but she doesn't play with it anymore because she can't "cut" her hair. It's very cheaply made. Spend a little more money and buy a higher quality set from a company with better customer service.
