This large cooling pad offers space for my 17 inch gaming laptop. Its single large low-speed fan is much quieter than my previous panel with two smaller high-speed fans. The fan speed can be adjusted from off to off with the rotary control. up to top speed, but top speed isn't as high as we'd like. I think it's limited to 5V USB power, but it seems to move enough air to get the job done, so I'm not deducting a star for that. Bright LEDs with multiple color changing effects look good, or you can turn the LEDs off. I wish there were a few more effects, but I bought this for a large fan, not LEDs, so I'm not deducting a star for that.
