Review on Lippert 335852 Straptek Tension Technology by Nuntawat Bridges

UPDATE: It's been less than a year since I bought them and as I wrote in my original review the small normal piece of wire failed and broke after only a few rides. I have contacted customer service and still have not received a response. A great idea. Bad mechanism and even worse customer service. look elsewhere If they come back with me and take care of it I will update my review accordingly. For the time being I'm taking my 3 star rating down to 1 star. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Makes a stable and well-made impression. Except that the bolt you turn is held in place by a small piece of wire. Mine came clearly used. It appeared the items were towed about 10 miles behind a truck and then thrown into a box without instructions. The integrity of the metal still appears to be intact, albeit terribly scratched which will likely lead to rusting. Disappointed with the condition, I clearly received a returned set, which annoys me. I will update this review if I encounter any issues. If all goes well it will surely hit the chains and jack my truck up with my electric reed jack.
