This is the most moisturizing hand cream I have ever used. It cares for my hands like no other cream when they are brittle, cracked and very dry. Using this cream prevents damage to my hands in the first place. I also use it on my extremely dry elbows every night before bed to keep them nice and soft. My only "complaint" is that the outside of the 3 pack tubes I purchased were very sticky, which is probably due to the tape used to seal them in transit.
