PRO: Toeless silicone heel sock for use with your OWN moisturizer, no preloaded chemicals Breathable and lightweight which is important to me as I live in Hawaii so it's hot here at night - In just 4 days my cracked, dry heels look and feel 100x better (I combine socks with OKeefe's Happy Feet cream). CONS: - The inseams on the ankle are sewn very roughly, so they were uncomfortable for my skin. I actually wanted to return them but couldn't find another option with a simple raw silicone heel. So I tried rolling down the ankle end (as opposed to the foot end which is sewn very smooth) and that seems to work well. The inside also seems to dissolve after a week. But it doesn't seem to affect the elastic, allowing it to stay upright. I will definitely hand wash them instead of putting them on a gentle cycle because I am sure they will fall apart. In the end I get what I want - high heels. But I would probably keep looking for a better alternative a little longer before ordering again.
