Bought this trampoline in Aug to keep our family active during the pandemic. It worked great for four solid months until today when my son was using it and a strap snapped from the trampoline side. Not the cord, but the actual straps that connect to the trampolines mat stitching came off while jumping. Trampoline is useless now.UPDATE: company send us a brand new mat but it requires different cords, bungees we have for the original won't work. Change rating based on company's response time but we still can't use the trampoline.
