So far, so good. I replaced the original that came with my Lightdow camera. This case is only slightly larger than the original waterproof case, but the locking mechanism is MUCH better. worth your money. I just wish they had one with a charging cable like the GoPro cases do. I'll try to drill a hole for this as I'm planning an out of town trip and the battery for this camera only lasts 40 minutes at best. I think a little hot glue will reseal it. And if everything is in order, they can be exchanged cheaply. Overall, this is a great replacement for the original case. I will be buying another Lightdow camera and using another of these cases as my rear view camera on my Harley. That way I have full cover to catch stupid drivers.
