Good packaging and tools. Installation was very easy and if you need instructions they are excellent. Overall the product was terrible. An $18 touchscreen replacement for the iPad 4th generation seemed like a good deal. The first never worked and the second only for 6 days. The broken screen works perfectly and consists of several parts. I have repaired multiple touch screens on all sorts of devices for my kids with no problems. I think I got what I paid for.
