This case is exactly what I was looking for. It's a hard case in a tarpaulin-like plastic case. The shell provides good corner protection while the canvas exterior provides premium looks and style. The foldable flap prevents accidental opening of the bag and adds a little extra bulk so you can hold it securely. There are only about three angles that you can successfully rotate the tablet. And it doesn't hold up. This is the only problem I found. If you move it slightly while holding it on your lap, the tablet may fall to a horizontal position. I wish there were slight bevels to hold the tablet more securely in multiple positions. I often find myself in a position where this extra flap flips up to conform to the bottom of the tablet to keep it elevated at about a 45 degree angle. It is very well made and there are no frayed edges.
