1 started initially but the company did the right thing and sent me 2 brand new devices that work great but sometimes Bluetooth still doesn't work. 3 stars for customer service and product. Easy to install. Terrible service. I ordered two fairy lights. Bluetooth on one does not connect to the app. The other set of lights didn't come on. You were properly connected. I assured customer service that I did. These clowns wanted video and photo evidence. I said I would just send those horrible things back and then I realized I didn't have the boxes anymore. Customer service replies when I said I would send them back "k". What a joke from the company, I can't believe they have so many positive reviews. But that just goes to show they do NOT care about every customer There are probably just as many people with a product that doesn't work.
