So I will give it to this company because it was one of the few companies that suited me. My waist is 53 and I couldn't find a training bracelet that would fit me. But I got it a few days ago and used it for the first volume tonight. All the metal inside broke in two or three pieces and started rubbing against my back and poking me sooooo badly!
