Hello, I personally want to share my experience with this amazing belt, I'm a tall girl, 3xl took 5xl and it's amazing, god, I took it in the largest size.,. I suffer from back pain and sciatica and from the moment I put it on I felt relieved, felt my back straighten up instantly. Less pain I work 10 hours on my feet and I'm very glad I bought this belt for my first purchase.

So I will give it to this company because it was one of the few companies that suited me. My waist is 53 and I couldn't find a training bracelet that would fit me. But I got it a few days ago and used it for the first volume tonight. All the metal inside broke in two or three pieces and started rubbing against my back and poking me sooooo badly! I would not buy this product again and would not recommend it at all to anyone looking for solid back support. I WOULD NOT BUY

This item was purchased for a family member with new back problems. He's oversized with a waist measurement of over 50 inches, so getting a good fit was a challenge. I was a bit skeptical when I felt how light the package is, but the brace is great! It's lightweight but feels durable and offers great support. There are many cheap back braces out there, but few of them give you as much bang for your buck as this product. I highly recommend this product!

I am 5ft 4380lbs, size 24/26 and my waist is about 62 inches and it fits me. Not all the way around but I managed to secure the velcro in place so it doesn't fall apart. I sit and drive in it for a long time and it didn't roll down and that's it! I have a large butt that sits high so my loin area is more "in" and still doesn't roll. I am completely satisfied.
