When I first opened this product on Christmas morning one of the handles was broken. I emailed Reliancer and told them about my problem. They sent me a brand new replacement set very quickly! I was very happy because I really like these trays. I like the nice color and the different sizes. Big enough for my laptop along with a teacher bag and planners. The little one is perfect for TV remote controls, drinks and small snacks. They are durable and can withstand a lot. They also wash your abs very easily!
