These brake cables were a bit more expensive than other brands but they had good reviews so I gave it a try. It worked well. I was willing to pay a bit more for it as it worked without any issues. The cables were just the right length, with about 2 inches of extra length, for our kid's 20-inch BMX bike. Easy installation, all parts worked perfectly. Cable ends are not frayed or kinked. I added some oil to the cables before threading them into the sleeves as recommended in some tutorial videos. A week went by and there were no problems with his bike.
