Looks great in our fireplace and the flame looks very realistic like candles. I really like the timer function - great idea; However, one of the three candle timers does not turn off after six hours. An exchange is not worthwhile, since the goods have become a dollar more expensive. If the price of the goods remained the same, I would change it. Overall, the product feels a bit cheap but serves its purpose. I just wish the timers worked properly. Update: The company saw my review, apologized for the failure of one of the candles, and sent me a new package. I am now very happy with the customer service and am therefore increasing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. I haven't had the candles long enough to see if all the candles go out after 6 hours, but I'll be sure to update the review if they don't. Great work Rhy-Tsing - keep being a caring company!
