Extremely hot and poor picture quality

This worked fine for a while but I used 2 monitors, 2 usb ports and an ethernet cable and it seemed to be able to handle it . The device got so hot that it stopped working. When it worked, my monitor displays flickered. Costco sells the best docking station for $60.
