I love this insert for my Nalgene 32 ounce wide mouth bottles. They fit snugly around the neck of the bottle and reduce the flow of water out of the Nalgene 32 oz wide mouth bottle for a more precise application, meaning no water splashes out of the shirt. The insert can be easily removed and cleaned. Just gently press it to install. Do not press too hard or the insert may fall into the bottle. I would recommend removing this liner if your bottle is Nalgene and leaving water in it for an extended period of time to avoid any possible mold or bacteria intrusion and installing it. cleaned immediately or at least before the next use. This is a great complement to wide-mouth Nalgene bottles for more precise drinking or pouring.
