Easy to use: my feedback

I like them. This is the perfect ankle weight set for people who are getting into using them and want to be able to add weight as strength increases. They're sturdy and a great way to intensify anything from your core workouts to your walking or jogging routine.

Pros

I use this to add small incremental weight to my dumbbell workouts. Works great!
