Fits in toilet lid and flush tank for my purpose
This one has suction cups that stick well enough for my use. I don't leave it on all the time because the seat won't stay with it and the lid won't close. I am using it for a surgical procedure. It's soft and comfortable for my use and fits my large toilet seat very well. Comfort is my main concern, so I find it quite sufficient. If you need something really warm, I recommend this.
