The customer support team has been amazing! They are always available with answers, tips or advice when you need it most! Not much I dislike about this software other than its price point which can be expensive if your business isn't large enough yet. This system will help us automate our time sheets so we don’t have as many errors in them anymore! We also use their automated paycheck printing feature where they send out paychecks automatically instead of having employees print paper checks every month now.
