I was very skeptical that one filter could change our horrid municipal water into useful drinking water. Surprise! Our Brown water (for real) that has a terrible smell and taste, comes out crystal clear and tastes fine. No more buying bottles of water! Ice is now crystal clear and doesn't foul the taste of beverages. There are two of us, don't know how long the cartridges will last. The cost vs. bottles of water we come out way ahead. I love the simplicity of this water filter. Water in our area is very hard and limey. So unfiltered you either get hard yucky tasting water or water that takes like chlorine. This filter worked great for our coffee and iced tea. When it was getting near the end of filter life, about 6 months, I could tell the difference in the taste of our coffee. Highly recommend for an economical simple countertop filter. Looks nice on the countertop too.

Our tap water is pretty good but with a baby coming, I didn’t want to risk it.We also can’t stand filling up those damn pitchers and waiting for the water to filter so this is a great alternative to those. We now have fresh water on demand!The blue color is very nice and the filter was super easy to install. Nice product. I ended up not using the product as I was looking for a filter that would dispense cleaner cold and hot water. The filter only dispense cold water. The company was so kind though in responding promptly and doing everything in their power to satisfy my needs. I would highly recommend purchasing this filter even though I gifted to someone else I have heard nothing but good praise.

I used to use a spout-mount PUR filter, but it was weighing too heavily on the spout, so I decided to change to a counter-top filter. This one was inexpensive and small enough for the space available. Note well: I use this to filter out chlorine taste. The PUR filter got rid of all sorts of bad things, too, but I think my water supply is good enough that I don't need to care about those. I LOVE this filter. I purchased it because my water had an odd taste. Now with the filter, my water tastes pure and clean like water should be. However, when I purchased the filter there was a promotion to receive a free replacement filter. All I had to do was email cleansipusa@gmail.com or call (718)769-1005. I emailed and got no response, called and the line was always busy. Not sure what else to try. Has anyone else had luck getting through to redeem their free replacement filter?

The first set of filer I received has an leaking issue with Spout , but Customer Service is excellent . They reached out and sent the replacement filter . Its been more than 2 weeks since I am using this filter . taste wise I don feel much of a difference, but odor , smell and color of water does seem to improve . Will watch the longevity of the filter and update !

Love it. There is no more chlorine smell or taste to my water. Now I have the best of both worlds. I can keep the pull out faucet and have fresh, clean water on demand. I did have to purchase a different adapter to get it to work on my faucet, but it was well worth the extra $7. The valve was difficult to turn at first, but after a few tries, works great. Very happy so far. Would definitely recommend.

Had a small issue with a constant drip after using, found it to be faulty orings in the filtered water spout, called Steve at ecosoft, we did some troubleshooting. I replaced 3 small orings and lubricated with mineral oil, slipped spout into place and it no longer drips. Water tastes better and it works good now.

Latest Update:The company finally responded, and sent the replacement filter I had requested but not received. I wish it hadn't taken so much work, but am glad that they finally stepped up and resolved the problem.Update: I have contacted the company 3 times to request the promised "free replacement filter" offered when I purchased the unit.
