After going over several options for a water filter we decided this one fit our needs the best. Our fridge doesn't have a filtered water dispenser so buying one was essential.The package came quickly and all I had to do was attach it to our faucet, being familiar with other filters where you have to attach the device to the faucet, installation was fairly easy.My only slight annoyance with this product is the tube that provides the filter with water. I wish it came with something to hold the tube down, so it can be attach to the wall behind the sink to keep it out of the way. But this wouldn't stop me from purchasing another device if I needed to.There are five people in our household and according to the manual are filter should last 3 months. So I ordered an extra filter to have on hand, the coconut filter kind. just know you're as much as was how to disassemble the filter, I use the device given to open the top expose the filter inside, but that was rather difficult. It didn't budge, next time I'll have my husband try. But overall we are very happy with this device and would recommend it to anyone on a budget who doesn't have filtered water dispenser in their fridge or want to carry 5-gallon water jugs to a water dispenser.
