Great filter, not great customer service
I LOVE this filter. I purchased it because my water had an odd taste. Now with the filter, my water tastes pure and clean like water should be. However, when I purchased the filter there was a promotion to receive a free replacement filter. All I had to do was email cleansipusa@gmail.com or call (718)769-1005. I emailed and got no response, called and the line was always busy. Not sure what else to try. Has anyone else had luck getting through to redeem their free replacement filter?
