Review on 💻 Renewed Acer Chromebook: 11.6in Dual-Core 1.5GHz, 4GB RAM, 16GB SSD by Shah Moser

I bought this for my kids to do schoolwork and take classes. The laptop was in good condition with only one small scratch. My problem was that the charger that came with the laptop was unreliable when I tried to plug it in. I literally thought I got the wrong charger because it wouldn't stay in the laptop port without me holding it in a certain way. Charge up a little and then stop. When I tried to turn on the laptop, it turned on briefly and then turned off. I went to Walmart to get a universal charger but they didn't have one for this model of laptop. I had to pay $56 shipping to return this laptop as it was not my fault 🙄 I hope they do the right thing and give me another working laptop or refund ALL my money!
