The lack of cables connecting the two headphones is just what you need. The sound quality on them is excellent. Battery life is good and they charge quickly. More comfortable than with lining (IMHO) and they don't fall out. The case's wireless charging works great and allows you to recharge your headphones every time you put them back into the case. The microphone sounds great on calls. Noise-cancellation is pretty good (the person on the other end of a phone call can still hear louder traffic noise). Google Assistant commands work; although you have to press a button on one of the earbuds to answer a call. If you simply put one earbud in one ear and leave the other in the case, they automatically switch from stereo to mono, so you can still get great sound and leave one ear open to hear the outside world. Most impressive is the Bluetooth range. I could use the headphones with my phone/computer/TV and walk around the house and most of the yard (leaving my paired device behind) and still get great sound.
