3 stars. Install technology - the installation will not take much time. For real. Tweezers, connectors (must be included) and straps (are included), 40 minutes and you're done. I also needed a Buck inverter, but I have 48v systems and this unit only requires 12v to operate. The app - the phone app - sucks. Not easy to understand if you haven't read Japanese before. The "videos" they're urging you to watch are in Japanese again - with no subtitles. Online forums - they offer "forums" in the app, but there are many people out there trying to get support - and apparently aren't getting any. Music Sync - I assume it works, but I couldn't get it to work properly. Even playing music had issues with it, but apparently the light responded. something when play was pressed. It would be MUCH better if it allowed you to connect to your music app in some way. The app also lets you choose your local music library, but only once. and the entire library - it is not possible to deselect the entire library.
