Review on 500L Rhino Rack Weatherproof Luggage Bag: Enhancing Car Storage Solution by Jessie Vrbensky

I am very disappointed in the quality of this cargo bag. One of the belts broke driving my Jeep Rubicon from Oregon to Montona. I also installed the Rino Rack on my Jeep and put this bag on top of it. It took several months for the seller to respond to my warranty request. They said it's been over 30 days and I can't return it. What about warranty issues? Customer service is terrible. Potential buyers, you have been warned!
