Here are some positives, it looks well put together and is really flexible to accommodate drives of different sizes. It's a relatively simple installation process and comes with all the hardware required. I have a laptop and wanted to have a mirror drive, so with 2500GB M2. SATA Drive will be great in business. That was the goal, but it doesn't work properly. After all the settings and Windows 10 installation, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to the screen requesting your country. As a normal SSD 2.5 HDD, it only took 4 minutes. It just doesn't work. The first problem for me is that I can't click the button to install the raid when the device is in my laptop. The hole points the other way. For creativity, I used a USB/SATA adapter to set it up. Follow the RAID setup instructions and need to use JOBD first. JOBD shows 500GB (correct as USB doesn't have a SATA multiplier, so only 1 drive). RAID 0 or SPAN configured, it shows 2TB (definitely wrong). The configured RAID 1 shows 500 GB. Test this by copying a 1.9GB file to a RAID drive and then ejecting one drive at a time. The system shows that the 1.9GB file is not corrupt. So it was good. Deleted partition on RAID 1. Installed in a laptop, it shows 500GB. Try installing Windows 10 Build 1903. I saw the disc and can install it. But the speed is terrible, keep going then I get a BSOD showing BAD POOL CALLER. So the conclusion is that it probably works on a desktop but not on a laptop. There may also be problems using it as a boot/system drive for Windows 10. Good idea, but it didn't work for me. I gave 2 stars because I think it might work for others just not for my configuration and not for my intention. I wish you success.
