I received this in late 2019 and it's 2021 and all the LEDs in the bulb have stopped working. Little by little, the small LEDs slowly stopped working. Time and towards the end the light started flashing and stopped. I can't say exactly how many hours it was in use before the LEDs started burning out, but the light didn't last long before they started to dim. When it worked, it was a bright black light effect, but over time, as the LED lights went out, so did the brightness.
