I should have looked better, spent money on an ordinary product.
It was possible to pay only in cash and delivery was available only by courier to the house, which is inconvenient for me. The seller said that you need to issue a return and order a new product, simply exchanging the current product for a complete set or conveying the missing part will not work. Items can only be returned by mail. I decided not to bother with the return, which will go God knows how long, I will buy the left cable.
