I love this seat. I have ordered to use it while sewing and when you sew you know you are ready to pin, sew, emboss, too To sew patterns, to tactics, so for me a chair that is not a swivel chair, what has arms that are in the way or a back that is never used (who sews with their backs pressed to their backs?) - not like that effectively as a nice little unobtrusive seat like this. I love the height I can get by lifting, my back doesn't hurt and the casters roll smoothly. Bonus: With the chair in the lowest position, I can slide around the kitchen to clean and reorganize the base cabinets and baseboards. Not that I bought it for that reason, but with a sore knee it's really my new way of getting any work close to the ground without falling to the ground! The chair isn't designed for that, so if you lean too far you could become a new part of the floor. - avoid it. That's convenient. no This is a work chair at such a price that it is very easy to find. If you want padding, buy an expensive chair designed to sit for over an hour here and there. That's great.
