Neutrogena works better than Aquaphor for lips
Neutrogena Hand Cream is much better for dry, chapped lips than Aquaphor or Vaseline. Neutrogena seems to penetrate my lips, unlike Vaseline or Aquaphor, which coat my lips in a sticky, slimy substance that travels up and down my lips and makes my skin feel slimy. Neutrogena Hand Cream stays on and absorbs into the lips without leaving mucus. I've tried both products on very dry lips for years - Neutrogena is best for healing lips and keeping them moist. This is the only product that really works. Use just a small amount to cover lips.
