Have to roll them up.
Bought them for work and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I've been wearing them every day for about 3-1/2 months. They're fine now, but youza! They were so uncomfortable for the first 2 months. Leg pain, discomfort that extends to the knees, hips and back. They have NO arch support and they took so long to adjust to my feet. With all of that, now that they're walking in, they're comfortable. They are lighter than most other steel fingers I've looked at. They don't rub or chafe on heels or toes. I'm not sure I would buy them again but if I did I would get an arch support and maybe a soft insert for it.
