Non-slip good for women

The shoes are very cute and super comfortable when you put gel insoles in them. Choose a roomy fit unless you have a very narrow foot. I have small, narrow feet, but if they were bigger, they would fit me wider. The toe protection is great but makes them a bit heavy. This shoe is absolutely non-slip. I almost feel like they make gliding easier for me. I think that for this price you could get real non-slip running shoes.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Expensive

Comfortable but fall apart easily.

Very comfortable shoes when breaking in, the thick tongue gave me pressure points on both sides of the ankle, but these disappeared after about a week. The only problem I had was that they didn't look like the picture, you can't see the emblems and the stitching around the sole started to unravel after a month. I wear these for several hours 5 days a week. Unfortunately this started right after closing the return window.

Buy good insoles and increase the size

I like the style but the insoles are terrible. I usually wear a 6.5 but ended up having to go back and buy an 8. They seem to be holding up well after 2 weeks of 50+ hours a week. I have never had such severe pain in my legs. I literally spent over $50 getting the insoles comfortable. I have pretty flat feet and I usually love skate shoes. Just be sure to choose a size and be prepared to buy good insoles if you're going to be standing on concrete for any length of time.

Have to roll them up.

Bought them for work and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I've been wearing them every day for about 3-1/2 months. They're fine now, but youza! They were so uncomfortable for the first 2 months. Leg pain, discomfort that extends to the knees, hips and back. They have NO arch support and they took so long to adjust to my feet. With all of that, now that they're walking in, they're comfortable. They are lighter than most other steel fingers I've looked at. They don't rub or chafe on heels or…

Can't tell, his steel toe.

I wear normal women's size 8, but bought this in women's size 8. The reason was the steel toe cap. There is plenty of room for your toes to flex and wiggle your toes. The sole is thick and after walking on the warehouse concrete floor I felt traction. The tongue is very soft, which is fine for me as I lace my shoes very tightly and the knot sits on the tongue of the shoe. I don't feel the steel toe cap on my toes like I do with boots. My only complaint is with the insole. Take out the ones in…

Comfortable shoes for women

I start by saying that I have problems with my feet. I work for an aerospace company in an office, but the entire factory has been forced into steel-toed shoes for all employees. Never before, so a new experience. I don't have the experience to compare them to other running shoes but I found them lighter than some of the other shoes I looked at. They're not as heavy as I expected and while I don't really care about their looks, I work in an office and need to look presentable. These match this…
