The ease of use which is so easy to understand you can even a kid handle it and make them feel comfortable.It has an amazing customer service which makes our lives easier by sorting out everything. It would be great if they include more than one level of support like business etc.The price tag could have been lower as compared to other management software available out there and also it should help us keep track on the tasks we are working on and also provide us with a dashboard view. It helps us organize our workflow and make sure everyone is doing their best.
