Soft and Comfortable!

You can definitely sit on this item, I am pregnant and have gained a bit of weight. It takes my weight fully, which makes a great place to sit to put on shoes or take a rest. Lol The height is perfect for this. It is soft, made of good materials, a sturdy. The top has enough cushion to keep me comfortable at over 7months pregnant. The hinges are already done for you, so no fiddling around with that. The feet are the only part that needs installing, which is easy to do. It looks great, and sits at the end of the bed perfectly.

The soft cushioning of the bench allows for comfortable seating for extended periods

The bench may not be suitable for users with sensory issues

It sits me back on my couch and takes the pressure off my back wonderfully! I use this as an ottoman in my sunroom and the color is perfect (blue). The storage is more than adequate; I plan to keep winter throws stashed away there. It was super easy to put together. I had just ordered a 5-shelf stand and couldn’t get it together, so had my doubts about this, but this 66 year old grandma got it together by herself without any tools in 20 minutes! I love it and was so proud of getting it together myself!
