Review on Optimized Stix Patty Paper 5 1000 by Girish Underwood

These paper cakes work great. In my application they are a bit sub-optimal, but that is not their disadvantage. I just didn't order big enough papers for the patties. I use them when forming patties on a Bellemain Adjustable Burger Press and they work great except for the size. I weigh the meat to the desired patty weight, place the paper on the bottom of the press, place the meat on the paper and flatten it slightly. Then I place another piece of paper on top of the meat and close the press to form a patty. The two papers greatly reduce the clutter I create when going paperless. I definitely recommend these brownies if they are the right size for you.
