And so I came to one conclusion. I formatted the flash drive not in NTFS and not in FAT32, but in exFAT. And what I see is that the read speed has not changed (31.5), but it was excellent, but the write speed began to reach 12 Mb / s, which I consider a good result. So my advice to you is to format it in exFAT and do not torture the flash drive with all sorts of programs. Just kill.
