IT ONLY DOESN'T WORK WITH OBD1 PROTOCOL

I tried this product when I received it and it clearly doesn't work on vehicles with OBD1 protocol my1994, 1997 Nissan Sunny B14 Japanese models and my toyota prius c/aqua 2015 he's just trying to get in touch and can't do it, his purchase is disappointing and he just doesn't do what they claim he can, this item was shipped outside the US via skybox and it would having a problem shipping it back with Revain Free Return Policy, do you have tech support to solve this problem?
