The assembly method is interesting, easy, but I enlisted my husband's help. I had misidentified 2 pieces so if course they wouldn't fit. I would suggest they use clear, removable stickers to identify each piece. Would also suggest they put the instructions on a full size 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Would make the photos easier to see. After assembling it holds my art pens quite nicely. So I am pleased with this nice but inexpensive desk stand.
