I've been using it for about a week and I'm very happy with the product. I have a hearing problem and needed help with my hearing with video lessons. When I use in-ear headphones, they fall off. I had to buckle them up and it gave me a headache. It is very good. I can't rate the sound quality because I don't hear well, but I hear pretty well with it. I had a little problem setting them up. My problem, not the device. The support services are amazing and they patiently helped me to fix the situation. I can't rate noise reduction because I don't know it. So far I have no complaints about the battery life. I will update this review if anything goes wrong within 6 months.
