I ordered this amp based on very positive reviews and it arrived much quicker than I expected. When I hooked it up to my stereo to replace a very expensive but old receiver that was no longer working, the KD-240BT worked great. about ten minutes and suddenly NOTHING! The sound just stopped. I played around with this for about an hour and couldn't do anything to get the amp to work. Now to the reason I am writing this review. I emailed the company and got a response within an hour! The tech who replied to my email gave me about six suggestions to try and none of them worked. Then he said he would send a replacement. Received it two days later via FEDEX with next day delivery and the new one works great! No questions for the company! I was shocked to receive such quick and efficient customer service! The amp now works great replacing a thirty year old absolute best receiver/amplifier costing thousands of dollars. I believe it actually produces better sound than the old unit!
