Actually, I didn't want anything expensive, just something to listen to while I was doing household chores. Sound quality isn't the best, but it's manageable, and you can always plug it into a nicer speaker or just put on your headphones if you really want to. The reception is good even though I live in the city. The buttons seem ok (a little worried about the tuner but we'll see), the overall build quality is ok but I don't expect it to withstand a drop or anything, but for $7 I won't complain . .
